Physical properties of
The density of 8.14 g/cm3 Melting point of 1370-1400 ℃
Features: Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, good resistance to dot corrosion and crevice corrosion, good oxidation resistance and non-oxidation thermal acid energy, good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature up to 550℃, with manufacturing temperature up to 450℃ pressure vessel certification.
Application: The Incoloy 825 is widely used in a variety of industrial applications where the operating temperature does not exceed 550℃. Typical applications are: heating pipes, containers, baskets and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling plants.Seawater cooling heat exchanger, Marine product piping system, acid gas environment piping.Phosphoric acid production of heat exchangers, evaporators, washing, dip tube, etc.Air heat exchangers in petroleum refining, food engineering, chemical processes, flame retardant alloys for pressurized oxygen applications.
